I need to think today about what motivates the entry-level employee. For me it was the promise of promotion (I think). I want to come up with the 1 think that will motivate the most people, realizing one thing won't fit 100%.
Money? Promotion? Recognition? Responsibility? The work?

I forgot about the social aspect... i think kids like hanging out with their coworkers.
